On the topic of forms....

Well, I don't want there to be too many forms. Because if there are too many forms, people wont use them. These could be electronic.

  • Defect Tracking Form (this is a must)
  • Weekly updates
    • This one we can use to keep management apprised of the situation.
    • Furthermore, if the programmers are getting stuck, management can get some people working on researching the problem.
  • Process Improvement Form (this too is a must)
    • Our software process should have a function within itself to help it evolve.

What we have so far...

Mike & Terry,

This is what I have so far.

1. Make goals and deadlines with other programmers, not managers.

2. Assign a team of programmers and at least one user to review the user stories (programmers would understand what can and can’t be done).

3. Have a user onsite at all times.
